CONCEPT:
Try to save the earth from falling asteroids!
WHAT WENT WRONG:
The codebase is really tangled because it is just written as a one off for the game.
Also there is a bug with the leaderboard's refresh button not working on entering the leaderboard screen the 2nd time.
WHAT WENT RIGHT:
The game originally started out as a ball catching game, but successive visual improvements made it much more lively and turned it into a game with much more agency (saving the earth)
WHAT I LEARNED:
I learned many different parts of game development and also got the satisfaction of bringing a game to completion (outside of a few bugs)

Great use of hit stop! I like the polish added to the game. I would've liked to have seen more mechanics for the gameplay like powerups or different types of asteroids.
It's also impressive that you got a leaderboard working from such a short time, good work!
